Essential Truths of the
Christian Faith

We live in a time when the church desperately needs to be taught the basics of the Christian faith because living the Christian faith should not result in frustration and confusion. A person who is confused in his faith and is filled with uncertainty is hardly able to "hold fast the faithful word which is in accordance with the teaching, that he may be able both to exhort in sound doctrine and to refute those who contradict." (Titus 1:9). So, every Christian should know the essential teachings of the Christian faith. This series is designed to guide Christians through the basic essential truths that the Bible teaches about the Christian faith so that they can stand firm in that faith. Over the next several weeks we will talk about the essential truths of the Bible, God the Father, Jesus, Salvation, Holy Spirit living, and what it means to live as a Christian.
